Data from the SSM/I instrument on DMSP F-13 and F-15 could be suspect starting 2009 September 1 at 1413 UTC for F-15 and starting 2009 September 3 at 1239 UTC for F-13. The issue is related to the solar arrays repositioned from +45 deg to 0 deg. Whenever this occurs, some effect to the data is noticed. Updates to this situation will be posted.
